We strongly encourage all first time homebuyers to participate in this program. Subjects we cover include:

• Homeownership responsibilities

• Finance strategies

• Establishing and building credit

Classes currently mandatory per HUD requirements are:

• 8 hours of pre-acquisition training

• 2 hours of post-acquisition information
